I had to take a few minutes out of my day to comment on how much of a top bloke Fahim is! I moved to the area a few months ago and EVERY SINGLE TIME, this bloke has the biggest smile on and is always the nicest and most polite guy. Top marks mate! You're a keeper!
Woollies offer discounts every week which is a great help with those people on low income And the aged. Their checkouts are good. When the queue is too long, another operator fills in. It's not like some Super markets where the queues are long and no extra staffing. They offered a rewards program Where you earn points every time you shop and I believe when you accumulate enough point's you received discounts on your shopping cart. I go there again
I notice that this Woolworths store doesn't stock a number of the cheaper options that are available at other Woolworths stores for example Home Brand 2 litre orange drink. Also there's no delicatessen service here, it's all prepackaged which sucks. For some reason their cinnamon donuts 12 pack at this store and no other Woolworths are absolutely delicious but alas they are always sold out. Maybe make a bunch more please. Staff are friendly, always an ample amount of shopping trolleys. They were sold out of Tip Top hamburger buns but luckily enough ALDI had plenty.
Recieved a 80% roughly fully opened ooshie packet tonight! The checkout girl tonight (18:19) asked if I was collecting ooshies I said sure whatever, & i noticed something odd about the way she grabbed it, like hiding it in her hand like had a handful. Maybe thought old guy won't care, which I don't but about dishonesty I do. Was a plain Captain Marvel inside. Not worth risking losing job over!
Some of the best customer service I have come across in Woolworth. Your older staff members need more recognition. They are what makes this store worth going to.
No self service check outs! I had such a great lady serving me. So friendly. Not my local but I have been here a few times now and always had lovely people serve me!
Great range of products, everything was fresh and displayed nicely. Great discounts to be found. Easy supermarket to navigate around. Not too long a wait through registers, note though there is no self serve checkouts. Friendly customer service. Ample parking out front available with nice selection of other shops outside (aldi, brumbys, Amcal, chemist warehouse, pizza hut, Liquorland, tobacco station etc).
Part of the Monier Road complex of shops. Easy access, well present food and fresh vegetables and baked goods. Has a full deli and wide range of meats.
Quick service as they keep good staffing levels and have full service and express lanes.
Friendly approach by young staff member asking if I needed help to stand up after getting items from bottom shelf as I was holding on to shelving structure for support. Well done and thanks.
Great Woolworths store. Plenty of trolleys and baskets available. Adherence to covid regulations, wipes available and social distancing stickers in place. Store appears clean and hygienic. Shelves are always stocked. It’s never to busy here either so you can easily get your shopping done. No self serve checkouts which is actually a bonus as you get to chat with the checkout server, always friendly whoever you get. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Plenty of parking too, toilets available next to atm outside Woolworths.
